Nach dem zweiten Aufguss bespielt der Gong zum energetischen Durchreinigen\, Lösen\, Ankommen und nach dem dritten Aufguss Integrieren. \nWährend der Aufgüsse gibt es Impulse zum Landen\, Gesänge und Klänge zu den selbst zubereiteten pflanzlichen Aufguss-wassern. Die Abende sind tiefe Landezonen\, die es ermöglichen runterzufahren\, in Kontakt mit sich zu gehen\, sich zu erholen und darüber Heilung\, Integration von laufenden Themen zu erlauben. Es kommt immer wieder vor\, das Schmerzen\, Verspannungen danach gelöst\, Seele aufgehellt und tiefe Erholung gespürt werden kann.
