DESCRIPTION:Guided Sauna Meditations:\nExperience an authentic Finnish Sauna in a peaceful location by the forest!\nOnly 6 seats available – DM to reserve your place! \nPrice: €20 (cash only)\n(Message us for a no/low-income option)\nLocation: Bude (Köpenick)\nMap Link \nDirections: \n\nBus 165 from S Treptower Park (45 min)\, followed by a 2-minute walk.\nOr Bus X69/269 from S Köpenick (12 min).\n\nSession Overview:\n\nFirst a short guided meditation to invite the silence.\nThen 3 rounds of 15-minute silent sauna\, with cold plunges in between.\nAfterward\, a 20-minute guided meditation (in English) will follow.\nThe remaining time is for gentle conversation to reflect on your experience\, or you may choose to remain in silence and continue meditating.\n\nParticipants are welcome to stay after the meditation and join the next rounds of sauna. The sauna will remain warm until midnight.\nPlease note: silence is to be respected during the sauna and meditation sessions.
