Directions:

• Bus 165 from S Treptower Park (45 min), followed by a 2-minute walk.
• Or Bus X69/269 from S Köpenick (12 min).

Session Overview:

• First a short guided meditation to invite the silence.
• Then 3 rounds of 15-minute silent sauna, with cold plunges in between.
• Afterward, a 20-minute guided meditation (in English) will follow.
• The remaining time is for gentle conversation to reflect on your experience, or you may choose to remain in silence and continue meditating.

Participants are welcome to stay after the meditation and join the next rounds of sauna. The sauna will remain warm until midnight.
Please note: silence is to be respected during the sauna and meditation sessions. Gentle conversation is welcome at other times.

What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Sandals/flip-flops
• A small towel to sit on
• A large towel for drying
• Bathrobe (recommended)
• Any additional drinks or snacks you’d like to bring.
